O Projeto Nascente do Cerrado \u2013 Piau\u00ed, implantado a partir de janeiro de 2023, tem prazo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o de 60 meses, com t\u00e9rmino em dezembro de 2027. O projeto \u00e9 executado na Fazenda Chapada Grande IV, no munic\u00edpio de Regenera\u00e7\u00e3o, estado do Piau\u00ed. Com previs\u00e3o de restaurar \u00e1rea de 3.624,65 hectares em \u00e1reas de reserva legal (ARL) e \u00e1reas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente (APP).
